UPDATE: Atlanta airport on lockdown after shooter on tarmac

Atlanta airport was experiencing issues, some flights arriving late and others departing early, due to shooter on tarmac, CNN reports, citing officials. TWA flights were also delayed on tarmac — first reports were that at least 7 flights were delayed due to shooting. #BreakingNews
